Waxing is a time saving technique that removes hair completely, leaving a smooth, silky feeling. I use the best wax Satin Smooth and Cirepil (Blue Hard Wax). I customize the Satin Smooth waxing system with your skin and hair type.

Please do not wax while using Retina, Acutane, Differin or any topical acne prescribed medication. Please refrain from using Alphahydroxy Acids within 48 hours of scheduled appointments. Clients must have at least 1/8 inch facial hair growth or 1/4 inch growth for body waxing.

• Your hair needs to be at least 1/4 inch long for waxing. That is about 2 to 3 weeks of growth.
• For Bikini/Brazilian waxers I recommend you come in at least 24 to 48 hours before an event to get waxed. No physical activities including exercising or sex in the first 24 hours of a Brazilian Wax.
• No exercising for back and chest waxing also for the first 24 hours. A cold shower or ice packs help close the pores to prevent break outs. Applying Image Skin Care Glycolic Acid and Salicylic Wash helps with this also. (ask me about these products)
• No tanning 24 hours before or after any waxing service.
• Do not shave in between a visit because you go back to experience the same amount of pain you did the first time you got waxed. The more you wax it becomes less course and begins to thin out. Book every 3 to 4 weeks. Do not wait!
• It is best before you have an event to wax at least three times. Your hair grows in 3 different stages and your first wax will not come out perfect the first time.
• Taking IB Prop hen 20 minutes before you come in. It will help with some of the pain. The more you wax the less painful it gets.
• It is best not to be waxed if you are using any topical Acne Medications. Please consult with me on this one. Accutain users must be off of it for 6months before any wax or chemical peel.
